De-icing of high-traffic areas, walkways, and the driveway will occur following any snow accumulation of 1 inch or in the event of possible freezing rain.
Refunds will not be issued based on the quantity of snow or ice throughout the season.
A contract is mandatory for all monthly and seasonal services. We will send the contract to you for your signature, and it must be completed before services commence. If the contract is not signed within 24-48 hours of the initial purchase, your payment will be promptly refunded to you.

All services will be conducted within twenty hours of a 1-inch snow accumulation or freezing rain event. Refunds will not be issued in cases where access to requested areas is restricted, such as parked cars, locked gates, or any other obstructions.
