This is a subscription service. You will be billed monthly and your service commence after payment until cancelled. There are no refunds on subscriptions.
A contract is mandatory for all monthly and seasonal services. We will send the contract to you for your signature, and it must be completed before services commence. If the contract is not signed within 24-48 hours of the initial purchase, your payment will be promptly refunded to you with a 10% usage fee.

Charges based on property size; larger properties may incur higher fees.
No refunds for snowfall variations.
Season: November 1st - March 31st. Seasonal pricing is set and is not based upon the length of the season.
